Marketing Support, Leave Coverage, Project Based Work.
I appreciate the flexibility and variation in project-based work. I enjoy learning about new companies and new industries. So many companies are shorthanded, need help for just a period of time, on a specific project, or to cover an impending leave. That’s where I can come in.
I’ve always been a roll-my-sleeves-up kind of girl. I love a good FIO (figure it out) job, but straightforward tasks are pretty groovy too. Collaborating with smart people on interesting projects. Working independently. Small or large jobs, extended leave coverage, setting strategy.
I’d love to jump in and see if I can help your organization.
My mind thinks in tables and rows, so spreadsheets are life.
Content creation of any type makes my heart sing, I love telling a story.
Social media posts, blogs, radio spots, website copy, SEO copy, etc. All content. All the time.
I’ve been acting as the brand police for over 20 years and I am thrilled to point out inconsistencies, areas for improvement, and what is being done well.
Analyzing and interpreting marketing data is beyond fun and is just another way to tell a story (see above mentioned love of storytelling).
Compelling presentations can make all the difference in success. Selling, educating, and influencing is easier when I compile it all in a pretty little package.
Maps are great. So are plans. And, working within constraints (e.g. budget, timelines, etc.) they can be a curious puzzle, and super fulfilling to solve. I love a color coded, detailed marketing roadmap or plan.
Coaching people to be the best version of themselves, to find solutions, to reach new milestones and goals? Literally, nothing better.
Do you have a project that doesn't touch on any of the items above? Give a holler so we can sort out if I'm a good fit. If I'm not the woman for the job, I likely have a resource that can help.

I began working with TIV Branding in 2013. Most recently I transitioned to a fractional Director of Marketing position to allow space for my own consulting and coaching. I've enjoyed working with a long list of clients in a wide range of industries, spanning professional services, to established consumer packaged goods companies, to non-profits. The clients and needs have been varied, and the work diverse and challenging. I continue to enjoy partnering with TIV on an ongoing basis whenever their clients are in need of a marketing professional.
Mor is a non-profit focused on supporting local NorthBay Working Moms through Maternity Coaching. It's an organization and brand that I have personally built from the ground up. I've worked to create all marketing collateral, program assets, and digital advertising, as well as developed the business structure, and funding strategy. It's also what has inspired my coaching work. I am passionate about figuring out innovative and new ways to support Working Moms through democratized coaching.
I have worked closely on the Streets to Creeks educational campaign since 2018. Our primary goal is educating the community about the connection between our storm drains and creeks, and the simple actions that can protect our watershed. My work on the brand includes weekly strategy and logistics meetings, annual marketing plans, development of all content, management of traditional and digital marketing channels, partner and community presentations, as well as monthly and annual program analysis and reporting.
